Welcome to RelayCards.com! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our SaaS platform, which enables users to create digital vCards and integrate them with NFC cards. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RelayCards.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Services

RelayCards.com provides a freemium model that allows users to create and manage virtual business cards (vCards) with NFC integration. Free users have access to basic features, while premium users enjoy advanced functionalities, including but not limited to:

  • Expanded Business Profile (10 payment methods, 10 galleries, 10 testimonials, business hours, appointments, contact forms)
  • Store Features (1 store, 10 categories, 100 products)
  • Additional Features (custom domain, advanced settings, PWA support, personalized links, branding removal, additional tools)

Premium features require a subscription, as detailed in Section 5.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

5. Subscription & Payment

RelayCards.com operates on a subscription-based freemium model:

  • Free Plan: Limited access to basic features.
  • Premium Plan: Offers expanded features, charged on a recurring subscription basis.

Billing & Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis (as selected by the user).
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for any recurring fees.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • Refunds are available only upon the return of the Relay Tap NFC Card in its original condition.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

By using RelayCards.com, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. If your account is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund unless you qualify under our refund policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • RelayCards.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service in the past 12 months.
